Some particularly zealous and inventive entrepreneurs have borrowed mimicry from animals and have recently begun to produce products that outwardly practically do not differ from products with Halal symbols.
As a rule, the state does not regulate these issues: Muslims are not legally protected from such imitation. So they can freely deceive the consumer or mislead him. Will any of the buyers fight here for their human rights by going to various instances, prosecutors, courts? Practice shows that no, this will not happen for a variety of reasons. Basically, for the sake of saving nerves, time and money, and because we are probably already used to the fact that it can be almost impossible to prove something, it’s easier to leave.
Due to the fact that manufacturers of Haram products reach a new level of falsification or imitation of Halal products, I would like to mention that sometimes they simply borrow data from a Halal producer and place it on the label of their product. Sometimes it comes to the degree of full copying! For example, it may be the address of the Halal product manufacturer. They can even falsificate thecertificate.
There were cases when particularly cunning suppliers glued Halal stickers on the boxes with the products, although the packaging clearly indicated its origin.
